Venue: Cramlington Sporting Club Date: Saturday 7th March 2026 Course Times: 12:00 - 16:00 This course will involve warm ups, games, exciting floor work, trampolining, apparatus, vaulting, group work and will all be fun based. The course will be taken by qualified coaches/teachers. All of our coaching staff have been through a recent police clearance. Children will need a packed lunch and water bottle. The course is suitable for beginners and regular gymnasts alike. Grass Roots merchandise will be available to purchase at the beginning and end of day. Hoodies £18, Tees £8.50 and bottles £4.50. Children should be between the ages of 5 (4 is fine if in reception) and 11 (year 6).
